Hyatt House Nashville Airport

Clean, quiet, affordable and modern. While this Hyatt is not luxurious by any means (that’s not its focus) what it does do (basic hotel stuff) it does well. Its concept seems to be a step slightly above a standard hotel room by including stuff like a microwave in your room, cozy couches and seating etc hence the name “Hyatt House”. It certainly is nice to have these additional amenities on room and they do make the room feel more inviting. For all the things that matter this property executes on them well. The location is also very secure and secluded so it’s quiet. I felt I got a lot of value for my money with this place I recommend you book!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt House Nashville Airport. The location is humble, peaceful, and comfortable. Shout out to Telena with Martel, Kiara, Brooke, Ashley, Maluk, and Jordan for their incredible, and gracious hospitality. So welcoming and friendly-it made our entire stay in Nashville worthwhile & appreciative. Thank you all from our hearts to yours We look forward to coming back again!

10/17/2025 This is a delayed review (I was there two weeks ago), but I wanted to touch on a few aspects of my stay at The Hyatt House Nashville TN Airport. Location was fantastic (easy to get to relative in Nashville area) & close proximity to the airport. This is my second time staying here, but unfortunately this time I had a brief 1 1/2 day issue with the above resident (stomping at night & very early in the morning, at times it sounded like someone was being thrown on the floor; I hope it was innocent childs play. There was loud talking & music during a time most people have settled down for the night). They finally checked out as the remaining days were peaceful, like my first visit in August, 2025. My only pet peeve is the general hotel billing practices. The original online reservation, through my airline, becoming a member + using an additional discount showed one daily price, but when the final bill is shown the daily room rate increased each day, up to my last day that was $20-$30 more. A standard advertised rate should be just that, not increased daily over a five + day period. Just like renting a car...the rate advertised per day is the rate charged + all the fees that comes with it, especially if the reservation was made well in advance. Other than that the hotel was great, location was perfect for me, shuttle service was dependable & accommodating with my luggage & assistance (I use a cane & it's available 24/7 as advertised), housekeeping was accommodating when I needed assistance & the front desk staff was phenomenal (enjoyed my conversations with them daily), professional, kind & very informative (grocery stores, USPS, malls, restaurants & more that were recommended especially being plantbased)! We stayed here during the snowstorm and cannot say enough good things! Every single staff member was so kind and accommodating and hospitable. The breakfast was great and our kids enjoyed the pool. Great gym. Clean throughout with a great kitchenette and set up for our family of 4. Thank you so much!!

This is a great hotel to stay at it has a indoor swimming pool and a gym! If you want an alcohol drink they even have a bar! They also have an outside place where you can drink eat or hangout, it’s a very clean and nice place. If anyone would like to visit Nashville I would chose this hotel! And it also has a great price, we are staying here for $290 with 5 people and that’s a great price for 5 people!!!

We showed up last minute desperate for a room in the middle of the ice storm after our other accommodation had lost power and cancelled on us at check-in. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with kindness and a smooth check-in by Martel. We were delighted to see a restaurant area with a full bar and small but solid menu, which was a relief as nothing else was open. After settling into our very clean and comfortable room we made our way to the bar for drinks and dinner. They were slammed by seemingly every hungry and thirsty visitor and stretched far beyond their norm. However they handled order after order with patience and grace and most patrons seemed grateful they were getting at hot meal at all. Brooke and Ashlynn made great drinks while also taking orders and serving with Martel. Other employees appeared from their rooms to help with dishes and cooking so that the orders could continue. They stayed open late into the night, long past closing time to ensure everyone was fed. The GM (sorry I forgot your name!) was there supporting them the whole time. You could tell this crew is tight and while they had every right to be stressed and annoyed by lame and demanding customers, they kept their composure and put us first. We woke up the next morning for the free delicious breakfast and saw the same staff that was up late into the night back at it. The servers/bussers at breakfast were so nice and helpful as well, as were the shuttle drivers (also free). Great airport access, very reasonable price. 10/10 experience, the only place we will stay from now on. Thanks HH team! -Room 124

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We do an Opryland Christmas trip every year and this has been our favorite hotel that we have stayed at! The staff is so kind and accommodating, and the rooms were so clean. Each day The housekeeping came by and made sure we had everything we needed for the entire weekend. Also, they have a shuttle service that will take you to the airport, which was an amazing help as well to our family. Kierra at the front desk was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming back.

The staff was excellent at check in and checkout and housekeeping. The rooms were very clean. I stayed from 12/30/25 - 1/1/26. Breakfast was pleasant on 12/31/26 until people ordered omelets, they had a menu to order some. The guy cook became irate and started yelling began ripping menu down and yelling at guests. This was at 8am. He was slamming things closing windows. It felt uncomfortable. I was also looking forward towards the heated pool tried to let body adjust and just way too cold had to take a 30 min hot shower to warm back up. Other than the cold cold pool and the cook who don’t like his job was a pleasant place.
